Most people can remember moments in their lives when they experienced indescribable amounts of joy and happiness. In these unforgettable moments, there is a sense of feeling connected to the very Source of Creation. But the problem is, this feeling doesn’t last. If someone calls with bad news, or the car breaks down, or your significant other leaves you, or someone dies, or there’s a global pandemic that “feel-good” feeling is lost. The truth is, there’s a formula for happiness and that formula, if practiced, allows each individual to experience peace in the middle of any storm.
